I’m Coleen Thornton, Steward with Heaven Sent Food Safety Consulting, a team of food safety experts and consultants with a passion for helping food companies build strong, sustainable safety systems. I bring over 10 years of industry experience and hold an MBA focused on finance and accounting. We work with food manufacturers across a range of sectors, including ingredients, snacks, dairy, ready-to-eat foods and packaging, to help them meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and GFSI certifications such as SQF, BRCGS and FSSC 22000.
